Delivery in Italy takes place in 2/3 working days from shipment, Saturday and Sunday do not count, only in some cases it can be delayed by a few days, after this ''reasonable'' time limit, please contact us and we will see how to solve the problem!
Shipping is free for all orders over €14.99 and with tracked delivery.
After placing the order you will receive the print and cut preview by email and it must be confirmed in order to be processed. If we do not receive a reply, after 4 working days it will go directly to print as on the preview, in order to not block our production chain. Thank you for your understanding.

Returns Refunds and Defects
In case of defects or errors of our products, we undertake to remedy of them as soon as possible, however complaints must be received within 10 days of delivered order by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
The return will be admissible if the defect is important, clearly evident and not minor. In any way, it is not our responsibility the incorrect application of the stickers by the buyer, so please follow our application instructions exactly. Furthermore, a slightly raised flap with a well-attached label cannot be defined as a defect.
The refund will be made via voucher, only of the purchase value, or by replacing of the product, just in case of a return and only if the reported defects concern a large number of stickers, in any case not less than the 60% of those ordered and shipped.
The return must be received at our office address in an envelope. The labels must be attached to the same adhesive film already sent. Return shipping cost is always paid by the buyer. Only when the return has been received and the conditions have been ascertained, will we send it back.
Slight changes of the stickers and products regards colors and fonts shades, or changes due to legibility compared to the site preview, cannot be considered as conformity defects so we could not proceed with the refund or return of the items.
If you notice an error or want to request a change, you will have to send an email to email@example.com by 60 minutes of the order or better contact us via chat whatsapp, indicating the order number and change to be made, however changes will only be accepted if the order is not already in the production phase. The 60-minutes limit is set to allow for quick processing and dispatch of orders.
Therefore, any spelling errors, misspelling of names, missing numbers, or other errors made during the creation of label design phase cannot be attributed as our errors, therefore they will not be replaced or refunded.
Application of products
How to apply the stickers: Apply the stickers to a clean, dust-free and non-greasy surface, modeling them by throwing away air with your fingertips, let them rest for 24 hours to leave the glue adheres perfectly, thanks!
How to apply the iron-on stickers: Take the stickers from the arrival transparent sheet and apply them to the fabric, possibly away from edges or seams.
